About
Our Founder Heather Whitehead
Heather has over two decades experience leading in the justice sector, as a Prison Group Director, Governor and Director of a private prison. Trained in Psychology, Heather is an accomplished leader and incident commander, with expertise in people and culture leadership, behaviour management, risk management, operational excellence, contingency planning and crisis management. She has led on commissioning and contract management of outsourced services in prisons, solution development, and mobilisation of a large prison contract. Heather is passionate about helping leaders reach their potential and is an experienced coach, mentor and trainer. Heather specialised in working with children and young people in custody and is committed to supporting children to overcome adversity and achieve their potential.
